Robin Judd, LCSW
Robin is a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Master’s Degree from Fordham University and her under-graduate degree from Dominican College of Blauvelt, NY. She comes to Southern Dutchess Behavioral Group after 31 years of employment at Rockland County Department of Mental Health. Ms. Judd has been in private practice in Rockland County since 2004, expanding to Dutchess County in 2012. Areas of specialty include individual therapy, adolescents, and couples therapy, substance abuse, depression, Serious Persistent Mental Illness, and trauma.
Marie Warchol, LCSW
As your social worker I am here to provide support and counseling for children, adolescents, adults and families and couples. By working together we can help you address, manage and support recovery with depression, anxiety, fear, trauma and adjustments to changes in your life. Marie also treats more serious disorders such as PTSD, bipolar disorders, personality disorders and addiction recovery.
Through counseling, we will discuss and confront life issues such as separation, divorce, loss, financial difficulties, additions, illness, loneliness, etc. Our goal is to help you not only manage but to improve your emotional and mental health and fully enhance your quality of life.
My specialties include working with adolescents, marital issues, trauma recovery, depression and anxiety, stress management and women issues.
Kimberly O'Connor, LCSW
I specialize in helping children, adolescents and adults overcome obstacles in their lives and develop a healthy sense of self through traditional counseling and advocacy. My services include family, individual and group counseling and parent training. My experience includes work with autism, ADHD, behavior disorders, at-risk. I am able to help families face what have become developmental issues for youth (i.e. identity, violence, substance use, depression, suicidality and parent peer pressure). Working in my field has provided me with knowledge of services, resources, and missions through interaction with network agencies, court systems, child protective services and interdisciplinary teams.
As a social worker, I have a thorough understanding of the CSE process and I am aware of the dual role of student advocate and academic facilitator. I also have direct experience in crisis and preventive counseling with students that are having difficulties with emotional, social or academic adjustment.
Calls are generally returned by the next business day. The email account is checked several times per week. Appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays.
Bryan Cadicamo, LCSW
Bryan is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's Degree in clinical social work from Adelphi University. Mr. Cadicamo has over twenty years of experience working with children adolescents and adults and families utilizing both individual and group psychotherapy. His practice is eclectic focusing on the approaches that best fits the needs of the client he is treating. Mr. Cadicamo has extensive experience working with those who struggle with traumatic events and for those trying to better manage difficult changes in their lives. Areas of expertise include Anxiety disorders, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Mood Disorders, Substance Abuse issues, Crisis Management and family conflict.
Janet V. Greenman, LCSW-R
Janet is a seasoned clinical social worker who earned her Master's degree at the New York University and received her postgraduate training in family therapy. She councils individual adults, couples and adolescents. She uses a strength-based approach to help her clients define and achieve their goals. One of her main interests is in working with couples to help them understand their needs as individuals and as partners and to communicate more effectively. her therapeutic orientation involves consideration of her clients' family background. Many of her Adult and adolescent clients suffer from anxiety and depression. When working with an adolescent, she helps the parents to understand the problem, respond appropriately and sets limits that will help their child. Janet's practice is diverse and includes work wit lesbian and gay individuals and couples. She treats all clients as the unique people they are and helps them to address the issues that are particularly challenging to them.
Diana Stanton, LCSW
Diana is a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Masters Degree from New York University, New York and earner her undergraduate degree from Geneseo State University of New York. Diana studied at Iberoamericano in Mexico City, Mexico to complete her undergraduate degree in Spanish. She earned her certificate infield Instruction (SIFI) in Clinical Supervision from Adelphi University School of Social Work.
Diana has extensive experience with adults, families in a variety of settings with diverse clients. She has treated Anxiety, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Disruptive Behavioral Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and ADHD symptoms. Diana also has experience in couples Therapy.
Diana's practice uses a strength based Psychodynamic Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Reality Therapy with an emphasis on Health and Wellness. She uses both long term and brief interventions.
Diana is known for her warm and comfortable approach to working with her clients. Diana's goal is to help clients achieve a sense of empowerment and wellness in their lives.
Melissa A. Abraham, LCSW-R
Mrs. Abraham is a licensed Psychotherapist who earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University Standing Program with the specialization in children, adolescents and families. She has several years experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and issues of trauma, which include, sexual abuse and self injurious behaviors. She has also had extensive training in Domestic Violence. In addition, Mrs. Abraham works with adults, couples and families. She utilizes solution and strengths- based treatment with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy. With having over 20 years experience in the mental health field, she has worked as a psychotherapist in an outpatient clinic and a private practice before joining Southern Dutchess Behavioral Group, LLC.
